How to Become a Follower of a Divine Faction

Prepare Your Ritual Space

Find or create a flat area where you can work safely. Gather lit candles and arrange them in a circle on the ground. The circle should be large enough for you to stand comfortably in the center. Make sure the candles remain lit throughout the process.

Consume the Essence and Claim Your Path

While standing inside your candle circle, consume the essence item corresponding to the divinity you wish to follow. This could be Fire, Water, Wind, Flora, Death, Life, Ender, or Fungal essence. Upon consumption, you will become a follower of that faction.

Verify Your New Status

Once you've consumed the essence, you should notice changes to your character—visual indicators or trait descriptions confirming your new divine allegiance. Your faith meter will now be available to track.

Next Steps

Now that you're a follower, begin praying to generate faith. Hold Shift and look straight up at the sky to pray and refill your faith bar. Stand in holy domains or terrain matching your chosen element to restore faith faster. Your faction-specific abilities are now unlocked and ready to use in combat and exploration.
