Eat Food Directly From a Plate

Position Yourself at the Plate

Stand in front of or beside a plate that has food on it. Make sure you have space in your hunger bar to eat (unless you've configured the mod to allow eating when full).

Interact With the Food

Right-click on the food sitting on the plate. Your character will consume the food, and your hunger bar will fill accordingly. The food item will be removed from the plate.

Continue Eating

You can eat multiple items from the same plate by right-clicking repeatedly. The plate will hold its remaining food until it's empty or you pick it up.

Customize Eating Behavior

If you want to eat even when your hunger bar is full, check the mod configuration for the eat_when_full option. You can also adjust the eating_mode setting to change how you interact with food on plates—some modes may require aiming at specific food items rather than just clicking the plate.
