Create and Craft Your First Plate

Gather Your Materials

Plates can be crafted from 54 different materials, including wood, stone, quartz, obsidian, and diamonds. Choose a material that matches your building style or what you have available.

Craft the Plate

Arrange your chosen material in a crafting table following the plate recipe (typically a circular or dish-like pattern). Once crafted, you'll have an empty plate ready to use.

Place Your Plate

Right-click on a block surface—like a dining table, counter, or floor—to place your plate. The plate will sit flat and ready to receive food. You can place multiple plates side by side to create a full dining setup.

Add Food to Your Plate

Right-click on the placed plate while holding any food item to add it. The food will visually appear on the plate surface. You can stack up to 48 food items on a single plate, distributed across different sections. Watch as the food arrangement shifts and adjusts based on how much you add.

Your plate is now ready for display or eating!
