Configure HUD Display Size and Fit

Adjust Resolution and Character Grid

The mod's configuration file controls how your HUD appears. Use hudWidth to set the grid width in characters and hudHeight to set the grid height. Smaller values create larger, easier-to-read text; larger values pack more information onto your screen but reduce character size.

Choose How Content Fits Your Screen

The hudFit setting determines how your terminal content stretches or scales across your display. Experiment with different fit modes to find what works best for your playstyle—some players prefer content centered with padding, while others want it stretched edge-to-edge.

Optimize Text Appearance

Use textShadow to adjust text outline and shadow styling for better readability. The textShadowLayer setting controls whether shadows render over or under background boxes, affecting visual clarity. If you're using large display sizes, enable fastGlyphRendering to improve performance and reduce lag when rendering complex interfaces.
