Troubleshoot Texture Inconsistencies or Missing Details
Verify the Resource Pack is Active and Ranked First
Open Resource Packs menu and confirm Default HD 64x appears in the active list, positioned above any other packs. If multiple packs are loaded, lower-ranked ones override textures. Move Default HD 64x to the top of the active list.
Clear Minecraft's Texture Cache
Close Minecraft completely. Navigate to your .minecraft folder, then delete the shaderpacks and resourcepacks cache folders if they exist. Restart Minecraft and reload the pack. This forces a fresh texture load and resolves conflicts from previous installations.
Check Your GPU Supports PBR Rendering
The pack's PBR mapping requires basic shader support. If textures appear flat or unshaded, your graphics card may not support the feature set. Try disabling any custom PBR options in the resource pack settings, if available.
Ensure Mipmaps Are Enabled
In Video Settings, confirm Mipmap Levels is set to at least 1. Disabled mipmaps cause texture distortion and prevent the pack from displaying correctly at distance.
Reinstall if Issues Persist
Delete the pack folder entirely and reinstall it fresh to rule out corruption.
