Use Antique Atlas and Hoofprint Waypoints with the Compass

Displaying Alternative Waypoint Systems

Dead Reckoning supports waypoints from both Antique Atlas 4 and Hoofprint mods, allowing you to see your marked locations on the compass ribbon without switching to your map.

Enabling Waypoint Integration

1. Install Antique Atlas 4 and/or Hoofprint alongside Dead Reckoning.

2. Create waypoints in either mod using their standard waypoint tools.

3. Open Dead Reckoning's configuration menu.

4. Find the options for "Antique Atlas" and "Hoofprint" waypoint display.

5. Enable the waypoint types you want to see on your compass.

6. Exit the menu—waypoints should now appear on your compass ribbon as directional indicators.

Using Waypoints in Navigation

Once enabled, waypoints appear as markers on the compass ribbon showing their direction relative to where you're facing. This is especially useful for:

  • Quickly locating bases or important structures
  • Navigating without opening your map
  • Keeping your focus on the game world

You can create and manage waypoints through their respective mods' interfaces, and Dead Reckoning will automatically display them on your compass.
