Defeat high-tier augmented monsters or explore dangerous areas to find rare blueprints. Advanced cyberware requires more complex components and often demands multiple tech items to craft. Study blueprints to learn recipes for upgraded hearts, processors, and specialized limbs.

Gather Rare Components

Advanced implants need rare tech drops that only certain augmented monsters provide. Hunt specific monster variants or explore end-game areas to collect these materials. Some components may require crafting from simpler parts at a workbench.

Craft and Install

Once you have blueprints and materials, craft your advanced cyberware at the appropriate crafting station. Transport the finished implant to your Surgery Chamber and install it using the chamber door interface. Advanced implants often provide superior bonuses—better stamina, faster dodge speeds, or enhanced damage reduction.

Manage Increased Power Drain

Upgraded cyberware consumes significantly more power. Expand your power infrastructure before installing multiple advanced implants. Consider building dedicated power generation to support your enhanced loadout and prevent sudden shutdowns during critical moments.
