Set Up Your First Surgery Chamber

Gather Materials

Locate a Surgery Chamber and Surgery Chamber Door in the world or craft them using the mod's crafting recipes. You'll need a suitable location—a flat, well-lit area works best. Ensure you have access to power, as the surgery chamber requires energy to operate.

Place and Activate

Place the Surgery Chamber block in your chosen location, then attach the Surgery Chamber Door to complete the setup. The door acts as the interface for installing cyberware. Position yourself in front of the door and interact with it to open the surgery menu.

Install Your First Implant

Before using the chamber, you must have a cyberware component and meet any biological or power requirements. Open the surgery interface and select an available body slot (heart, eyes, arms, legs, or skull). Confirm the installation—the process consumes power and may temporarily reduce your health or stamina as your body adjusts.

Monitor Your Systems

After installation, watch your status effects and energy levels. Some implants drain power over time or require biological balance maintenance. Return to the surgery chamber periodically to remove incompatible implants or upgrade to better versions.
