Installing multiple cybernetic implants on your character grants powerful upgrades but comes with a risk: cyberpsychosis. As you accumulate augmentations, you'll need to engage in combat regularly to maintain control. The more implants you have, the more frequently you must fight to prevent losing control entirely.

To manage this mechanic, balance your implant installation with combat activity. If you notice cyberpsychosis building up, seek out hostile cyborg mobs or other threats to stay engaged. Alternatively, remove implants if the combat requirement becomes too demanding. This creates a strategic choice: maximize your augmentations for power, or keep them minimal for freedom.
