How to Change Crosshair Color and Enable Rainbow Mode

Color is one of the main reasons players install this mod, since a white crosshair can vanish against snow, clouds, or bright builds. The color options live in the same crosshair customization menu as the shape settings.

Setting a Solid Color

Open the menu and find the color picker. You can choose from preset swatches or use the RGB sliders to dial in an exact shade. Pick something that contrasts with the terrain you play on most — for example a bright green or magenta stands out against both grass and stone. The preview updates as you drag the sliders so you can judge visibility before committing.

Turning On Rainbow Mode

If you want the crosshair to cycle through colors automatically, enable the rainbow option. When active, the crosshair shifts hue over time instead of staying a single color, which makes it very easy to spot. This is purely cosmetic and works the same way in singleplayer and on servers.

Matching Color to Context

Some players set a subtle color for building and a loud one for PvP. Because the mod stores your selection, you can switch presets quickly between sessions. If the crosshair ever becomes hard to see again, revisit the color picker and increase contrast rather than only increasing size.
