Using the /credits Commands to Add Entries In-Game
The Two Core Commands
Custom Credits Mod adds two chat commands. /credits add [section] [name] appends a new entry to your credits under the section you specify. /credits show opens a preview of the current credits so you can check your work immediately. Both are run from the in-game chat bar, prefixed with a slash.
Adding Entries Step by Step
Type /credits add followed by the section name and then the entry you want. For example, to add a contributor under a "Builders" section, you would write the section as Builders and the name as the person or message you want displayed. The mod writes this into the credits file for you, so you do not need to open a text editor for quick additions. Repeat the command for each name you want to add.
Preview and Verify
After adding entries, run /credits show to see the result. The preview reflects the file as it currently stands, including anything you added by command or edited manually. If an entry landed in the wrong section, open the config file and move the line, or add a corrected entry and remove the mistaken one. Because changes load when the credits screen opens, you can iterate quickly without leaving the game.
