Prepare for and Defeat Dungeon Bosses
Boss Types and Encounters
Dungeons feature multiple boss encounters: lesser wardens appear as mid-run challenges, while the Hour Cantor serves as the final boss. Each boss has distinct attack patterns and arena mechanics. Study their behavior during the fight and adapt your strategy accordingly.
Gathering Pre-Boss Resources
Before engaging a boss, ensure you've collected sufficient healing items and special charges from defeated enemies and loot caches. Stock up on bombs if available—they can disrupt boss attacks or deal significant damage. Don't enter a boss arena under-resourced.
Combat Strategy
Boss arenas are designed ritual chambers with environmental features. Use cover and spacing to avoid ranged attacks. Watch for telegraphed abilities and reposition accordingly. Special charges and bombs can turn the tide during difficult phases.
Multiplayer Coordination
In group runs, coordinate with teammates to focus fire and manage healing. The shared revive pool means fallen teammates can return to combat if the team has revive charges. Communicate positioning and target priority to maximize your group's effectiveness.
