Set Up Creatures+ Animated Resource Pack Correctly

Load Order Matters

The Creatures+ Animated Resource Pack only works when positioned correctly in your resource pack stack. This pack is a compatibility layer—it needs the base animation pack beneath it to function.

Installation Steps

1. Open your resource packs folder in the game menu

2. Ensure you have downloaded both the base animation pack and the Creatures+ Animated Resource Pack

3. Load the base animation pack first (it should be lower in your list)

4. Place the Creatures+ Animated Resource Pack directly above the base animation pack

5. Do not place other packs between them—this breaks the compatibility

6. Close the resource pack menu and reload your world

Verify It's Working

Spawn or find a mob like a frozen zombie, pig, or dog. If animations are smooth and the mob has custom textures, the setup is correct. If mobs look static or textures are missing, check your load order and ensure both packs are enabled.
