Power an Aircraft with Steam Jet Thrusters
Thruster Installation
Attach Steam Jet Thrusters to your flying machine or airship frame. These blocks push your aircraft forward when supplied with compressed steam. Position multiple thrusters symmetrically for balanced flight, or angle them for directional control.
Steam Supply
Run Pressurized Pipes from your
steam compressor to each thruster. Ensure your boiler and compressor can maintain enough steam pressure and flow rate to power all thrusters simultaneously. Test with one thruster first, then add more as your steam network scales.
Flight Control
Use redstone signals to toggle thrusters on and off for directional control. Connect thrusters to redstone comparators or buttons to activate them selectively. This lets you steer and control altitude by firing different thruster combinations. Start with a small test aircraft before building larger, more complex designs.
