Getting Started with Transmission Chains

Basic Setup

Transmission Chains let you transfer rotational power between Create mechanical belts without bulky gearboxes. Craft a Transmission Chain and place it directly onto an existing belt, then connect it to another nearby belt to share power.

The chains work between belts at right angles, in straight lines, or stacked vertically. Once connected, rotational force flows seamlessly between them, saving valuable factory space.

To hide your chains and keep your factory looking clean, right-click them with a casing block—they'll blend in just like regular Create belts. Since Transmission Chains only attach to belts, all your other Create machines continue working normally.
