Create Optical Mod lets you move rotational energy across distances using directed light beams. Apply rotational force to an emitter block to generate a beam, then aim it toward a receiver to convert the light back into spinning power.

Beams travel in straight lines until they hit a reflector, which bends them at right angles. You can split a single beam into two perpendicular beams with different polarizations, or merge up to three beams together to combine their properties. Specialized blocks can read beam properties and emit redstone signals, while processing blocks can use beam characteristics to affect items. This system lets you build compact, flexible power networks without traditional shaft connections.
