Set Up Mixed Item and Coin Trading

Configure a Hybrid Price

When setting up a shop item's price, you can require both coins AND items from the buyer. Access your Shop Block's configuration and set the coin cost alongside the item cost for each product.

Example Setup

You might sell a rare crafted item for 50 coins plus 2 diamonds. Customers must have both the coins and the items in their inventory to complete the purchase.

How Customers Pay

When a player approaches your shop and sees an item with mixed pricing, they'll see both requirements on the payment screen. They need to have everything listed. Once they confirm, coins are deducted and items are removed from their inventory simultaneously.

Change Still Applies

If the coin portion of the payment requires change, the exact change system works the same way. The customer receives their coin change back in appropriate denominations.

Flexible Pricing Strategy

Mixed trading lets you create more complex economies. You can charge coins for common items and require rare materials plus coins for valuable goods, balancing supply and demand in your world.
