Setting Up the Stonecutter

Place a Stonecutter block on the ground in your base. This is your primary tool for converting casings into furniture pieces.

Crafting a Chair

1. Gather a casing material: Andesite, Copper, Brass, or Railway Casing

2. Open the Stonecutter interface by right-clicking it

3. Place your casing into the input slot

4. The Stonecutter will display available furniture options

5. Select the chair variant you want (color and material determine appearance)

6. Collect your crafted chair from the output slot

Placing and Sitting

Place the chair anywhere in your base by right-clicking with it in hand. To sit down, simply right-click on the placed chair. You'll remain seated until you press your sneak key (default: Shift) to stand up again.

Tip: Different casings produce chairs with distinct industrial aesthetics. Experiment with each material to match your workshop's color scheme.
