Prepare Your Audio File

Have your music file ready in a common format. The mod processes audio through ffmpeg, which supports most standard formats.

Locate the Mod Folder

Find your Create Harmonics mod configuration directory. This is where the mod stores cached audio and tool files.

Add Your File

Place your audio file in the designated folder for custom records or local sources. Check the mod's documentation or in-game hints for the exact directory path.

Create the Ethereal Record

Instead of using an online URL, reference your local file path when creating a new Ethereal Record. The mod will use your file directly rather than downloading from the internet.

Load and Play

Insert the record into your speaker with active rotational power. Your custom audio will play through the speaker system just like streamed music.
