Troubleshoot Audio Not Playing

Check Rotational Power

Verify your speaker is receiving consistent rotational power from Create. Use a Create hand crank or other power source to test. If the shaft isn't spinning, your power transmission has a break or insufficient force.

Verify the Ethereal Record

Ensure your record was successfully created with a valid online music URL. Try creating a new record with a different, well-known source to test if the issue is URL-specific.

Confirm Tool Installation

The mod requires ffmpeg and ytdlp to process audio. Check that these tools were downloaded with your permission during first launch. If missing, the mod will prompt you to allow installation again.

Check Audio Settings

Ensure Minecraft's master volume and music volume sliders are not muted in your sound settings. Other audio mods may also interfere—test with them disabled if problems persist.
