Create a Multi-Fluid Storage System in Limited Space

Choose Your Tank Configuration

Place a Multi-Fluid Storage Tank block. This single block can hold up to eight different liquid types simultaneously, each in its own internal compartment. Choose the standard vertical version for compact builds, or use the horizontal variant if you need a different layout.

Connect Input and Output Pipes

Attach fluid pipes or transporter blocks to the sides of the tank. Each connection point can be configured to handle specific liquids using filters. Use the Hand Pointer tool to adjust how pipes connect to the tank's mechanical ports.

Set Liquid Filters

Right-click the tank to open its interface. Assign each internal compartment to accept specific liquid types. This prevents unwanted fluids from mixing and keeps your storage organized.

Access Multiple Liquids Simultaneously

Use an Access Port (the three-tank variant) to push and pull different liquids at the same time. Connect it to your multi-tank system to enable parallel fluid transfers without bottlenecks.

Benefit: One tank block replaces eight separate single-liquid tanks, freeing up significant space in your factory.
