Set Up a Basic Cockpit with Control Modules

Gather Your Materials

Start by crafting a Modular Desk—this is your blank console foundation. You'll also need to craft the control modules you want: Steering Wheels (for left/right turning), Flight Yokes (for pitch control), and Throttle Quadrants (for engine speed).

Assemble Your Cockpit

Place the Modular Desk in your airship's cabin. Approach it and snap on your control modules by right-clicking. Position them logically—steering wheels on the sides, yoke in the center, throttle to one side. You can rearrange modules by clicking and dragging them on the desk interface.

Connect to Your Ship's Systems

Each module outputs redstone signals. Route these signals to your wing servos, thrusters, and engine controls using redstone wire or wireless redstone links. Test each module individually to confirm it's sending the correct signal direction.

Calibrate and Fly

Once connected, sit in a seat facing your desk and test the controls. The steering display will appear on your screen showing your input. Adjust redstone signal strengths if your ship responds too slowly or too aggressively.
