How to Use Bags for Compact Storage of Cocoa Beans, Sugar, and Gunpowder

What Bags Are For

Bags are the smaller sibling of crates in Crate Delight. They store compact materials such as cocoa beans, sugar, gunpowder, and similar stackable goods. If you have a mob farm dropping gunpowder or a jungle farm producing cocoa beans, bags keep those items tidy without eating a full chest slot.

Crafting and Placing

Craft a bag using the recipe shown in your recipe book (typically a cloth-like or leather-style ingredient combined with string or similar). Once crafted, place the bag in the world or keep it in your inventory depending on the variant. Right-click a placed bag to open it, then shift-click stacks in from your inventory.

Practical Uses

  • Put a bag next to your creeper farm output so gunpowder never spills into a chest.
  • Keep a bag beside your sugar cane processing area for refined sugar.
  • Use a bag in your jungle base for cocoa beans straight off the tree.

Because bags are dimensionally compact, you can cluster several together on a single wall. Break the bag to relocate it with contents preserved. If you later need the items in bulk crafting, shift-click the whole stack out into your inventory in one action.
