Craft an Anvil on a Stick

Gather a stick and an anvil block, then craft them together using the mod's recipe. You'll receive a portable anvil that functions identically to a placed anvil.

Hold and Activate

Keep the Anvil on a Stick in your hand or hotbar. Right-click to open the anvil interface.

Repair Your Tools and Armor

Place the damaged item in the anvil's input slot along with the repair material (iron ingots for iron tools, diamonds for diamond tools, etc.). The anvil will show the repair cost and result. Confirm the repair, and your item will be restored.

Manage Experience Costs

Repairs consume experience levels—make sure you have enough XP before attempting expensive repairs. The anvil interface displays the cost before you commit.

Carry It Everywhere

Unlike a placed anvil, your portable version travels with you. Repair damaged gear anywhere—in the field, at a mining site, or during exploration—without returning to your base.
