Use Fancy Grass Slabs for Better Visuals

Enable Fancy Grass Appearance

The mod includes a fancy grass rendering option that improves how grass slabs look, available through the included resource pack.

Activate Fancy Grass

Steps:

1. Open your resource packs folder

2. Locate the Countered's Terrain Slabs resource pack

3. Enable it if not already active

4. Ensure it's positioned above conflicting packs in your resource pack list

5. Reload resources or restart Minecraft

What This Does

The fancy grass option enhances the visual appearance of grass slabs by improving texture detail and color blending. This makes grass slabs blend more naturally with full grass blocks and surrounding terrain, reducing the jarring visual difference between slab and regular blocks.

Troubleshooting

If fancy grass still looks incorrect after enabling the resource pack, verify that no other resource packs are overriding the slab textures. Check your resource pack order and disable any competing texture mods temporarily to test.
