Use Soulbinding to Save Important Items

Enable Inventory Module and Soulbinding

Open your Corpse Complex config and enable the Inventory module. Then locate and enable the Soulbinding sub-module within it.

Understand Soulbinding

Soulbinding is an enchantment you can apply to items to protect them from being dropped on death. Items with this enchantment will remain in your inventory regardless of your other Corpse Complex settings.

Customize the Enchantment

The Soulbinding sub-module lets you configure how powerful the enchantment is and how easy it is for players to obtain. You can adjust the maximum enchantment level, the cost to apply it, and compatibility with other enchantments.

Apply Soulbinding to Items

Use an enchanting table, anvil, or other enchantment method to add Soulbinding to your most valuable tools, weapons, or armor. Higher enchantment levels may provide additional protection or effects depending on your configuration.

Protect Your Valuables

Items enchanted with Soulbinding will survive death even if your other settings would normally drop them. This is perfect for protecting irreplaceable or difficult-to-obtain items while still maintaining death consequences for other inventory slots.
