Damaged tools and armor don't have to be discarded—the Deconstruction Table recovers materials proportional to the item's remaining durability.

1. Place your damaged item into the Deconstruction Table

2. The table calculates how much durability remains

3. You receive a percentage of the original crafting materials based on that durability

4. Collect the recovered resources

Maximizing Recovery

Items with more durability left will yield more materials back. A nearly-broken tool returns very little, while a tool at 75% durability returns roughly 75% of its crafting components. This makes the Deconstruction Table useful for salvaging gear that's still functional but no longer needed, rather than letting it break completely and lose all value.
