Choose Between Armor Forge and Armor Station
Understanding the Two Tinkering Tables
Construct's Armory provides two different workstations for armor customization, each serving a distinct purpose in your armor-crafting journey.
Armor Forge: Initial Crafting
The Armor Forge is where you create new armor pieces from scratch. You select a material and craft an entirely new helmet, chestplate, leggings, or boots. Use this when you want to build a fresh piece or experiment with different material combinations.
Armor Station: Modification and Repair
The Armor Station is your upgrade and maintenance hub. Here you apply modifiers to existing armor, add traits, and repair damaged pieces. This preserves your armor's properties while enhancing or restoring it.
Workflow Summary
Start at the Armor Forge to create your base armor pieces, then move to the Armor Station to customize them with modifiers and keep them in good repair. This two-step process mirrors Tinkers' Construct's tool system and gives you complete control over your armor's final form.
