Understanding Temporary Compound V (Temp V)

How Temp V Differs

Temporary Compound V, or Temp V, functions similarly to regular Compound V but with one crucial difference: its effects are not permanent. When you drink Temp V, you gain the same strength and defense boost plus a random superpower, but the ability will eventually wear off and disappear.

When to Use Temp V

Temp V is ideal for testing powers before committing to a permanent ability. Drink it to experience what a superpower feels like in combat, then decide if you want to use a regular Compound V vial to make that power permanent. This is especially useful if you're uncertain about a particular ability's usefulness.

Duration and Re-drinking

Once Temp V expires, you'll lose the superpower but keep the baseline strength and defense benefits until you drink another vial. You can drink multiple Temp V vials in succession to cycle through different powers and find one you prefer before locking in a permanent choice with standard Compound V.
