Finding and Collecting Compound V Vials

Where to Search

Compound V vials spawn as rare loot in three specific structures. Head to End Cities in the End dimension—search the tall obsidian towers and their treasure rooms. Bastions in the Nether also contain vials, particularly in treasure chests within the structure. Finally, explore Ancient Cities in the deep dark biome for additional vials.

Collection Tips

Bring a pickaxe and prepare for combat, as these structures spawn dangerous mobs. End Cities require an Ender Pearl or ladder to reach higher levels. Bastions are guarded by Piglins—bring gold to trade or avoid them entirely. Ancient Cities attract the Warden if you make noise, so move carefully and use wool blocks to muffle footsteps.

Collect multiple vials if possible. You may want to drink several to test different powers, or keep backups for when effects wear off. Store extras in a safe chest at your base since vials are rare and valuable for experimenting with different abilities.
