Optimize Projectile Combat with Arrows and Tridents
Arrow Mechanics
Arrows no longer trigger invulnerability ticks on players, meaning rapid-fire arrows deal their full damage without the usual protection window. Arrow uncertainty has been reduced, making shots more predictable and accurate. Tipped arrows now scale their instantaneous effects appropriately, making them more viable for status effects.
Using Tridents Effectively
Tridents with the Impaling enchantment now deal enchantment damage to all mobs in water or rain, not just aquatic creatures. This makes Impaling useful in more situations. Tridents can be shot from dispensers for automated defense or farming setups. Tridents with Loyalty return to you even if they fall into the void, eliminating the risk of losing your weapon.
Snowballs and Eggs
Snowballs now stack up to 64 and have a 4-tick cooldown between throws. You can hit players with snowballs, making them useful for disruption or knockback. Eggs share the same cooldown, so plan your projectile timing accordingly.
Screen Rendering
Projectile rendering has been improved to prevent screen flickering when many projectiles are in flight.
