Building a city in the clouds, a tall tower, or a multi-level base means moving up and down constantly. Scaffolding and ladders are the usual tools, but vanilla ladder climbing is slow enough to make large vertical projects frustrating. Setting Up an Efficient Build Route

1. Place a continuous ladder column on the side of your structure, from ground level to the top.

2. When you need to go up, grab the ladder and look straight up while holding forward.

3. When you need to come back down for more materials, grab the ladder and look straight down.

4. Keep your hotbar stocked so you are not making extra trips — the fast climb is most useful when each trip carries a full inventory.

Tips for Large Projects

• Build a dedicated ladder shaft separate from your decorative walls so climbing traffic does not interfere with placement.
• For very tall builds, break the climb into segments with small platforms; you can pause on a platform, re-orient, and continue.
• Use the look-angle control to fine-tune your stopping point — leveling your view slows you right before you reach the platform you want.

Combining With Other Movement

Once at the top, you can step off onto your platform and continue building normally. The mod only changes ladder behavior, so your normal walking, jumping, and building are unaffected.
