How to Make Your Swords Look Clean and Minimal

The Clean Swords Resource Pack replaces the default sword textures with simplified, modern-looking blades. Once the pack is active, every sword in the game — wooden, stone, iron, golden, diamond, and netherite — will use the new clean design automatically. You do not need to craft anything special or enable a config option.

Confirming the Pack Is Working

1. Open your inventory and look at any sword you are carrying. The blade should appear thinner and less detailed than vanilla, with a flat, uncluttered shape.

2. If the sword still looks like the default textured blade, open Options → Resource Packs and make sure Clean Swords is moved to the Selected column and sits above any other packs that also change item textures.

3. Hold a sword in your main hand and look at it in first-person view. The clean silhouette should be visible along the edge of your screen.

Getting the Best Visual Result

• Remove or disable other resource packs that retexture swords, since they will override this pack depending on load order.
• Keep the pack at the top of your selected list if you want its textures to win over larger packs that touch many items.
• Try different lighting: the simplified shapes read best in bright areas, so test in daylight or near a light source.
