Connecting Hoppers to Your Generator
Yield nodes can pipe items directly into storage systems using hoppers, letting you collect resources hands-free while you play elsewhere.
Steps:
1. Place your yield node generator block in your desired location
2. Craft or obtain a hopper
3. Position the hopper so its input funnel faces any side of the generator block
4. Place a chest or other storage container below or adjacent to the hopper
5. Items will automatically flow from the generator into the hopper as they're produced
Maximizing Your Setup
You can attach hoppers to multiple faces of a single generator to split output between different storage systems. This is useful for organizing different resource types or creating redundancy if one storage fills up.
Hoppers move items slowly, so for high-tier generators with faster production rates, consider using multiple hoppers on different sides or upgrading to faster item transport methods if available in your modpack.
