Customizing Dragon Appearance

Use the Paint Gun tool to manually repaint tamed dragons with custom colors. First, craft paint flasks in various shades by combining different elements—the mod supports cross-element color mixing, unlocking over two million unique combinations.

Once you have your desired paint flask, equip the Paint Gun and apply it to your dragon to change their scale colors across the abdomen, back, and sides. Each eye can also be painted independently, allowing you to create dragons with heterochromia (different colored eyes).

This system works alongside natural dragon spawning, where wild dragons already spawn with randomized color combinations. Painted dragons retain their custom appearance and remain fully compatible with DragonCare dirt overlays.
