Prevent a Player from Customizing Spells

Banning Recolor Access

If you're a server administrator and need to restrict a player's ability to customize spell colors, use /recolor ban <player_name>. This prevents them from using the Recolor Tablet and blocks any color changes on their account.

Restoring Access

When you're ready to allow the player to customize spells again, use /recolor unban <player_name> to restore their recolor permissions.

Checking Player Status

You can verify a player's group assignment and current color settings using /recolor check group <player> and /recolor check element <player> <element>. This helps you understand their current customization state before making changes.

Alternative: Use Groups

Instead of banning, consider assigning restricted players to a specific recolor group with limited or standard colors. This gives you more control over what colors are available while still allowing them to interact with the system.
