Using the Clearer Report Screen Labels to Understand What Reporting Does
The report screen in vanilla Minecraft uses terminology that many players find confusing. Chat Reporting Helper replaces those labels and descriptions with concise, neutral wording so you can tell at a glance what each option does before you commit to sending a report.
Reading the Report Categories
Open the report screen from a chat message or from the social interactions menu. The category names and their descriptions have been rewritten to describe the actual behavior — for example, what kind of content each category covers and where the report is sent. Read the description under each option rather than guessing from the short label.
Confirming Before You Send
Before you finalize a report, the confirmation text now spells out in plain language that the report goes to Mojang's moderation team and may result in action against the reported account. This is the same behavior as vanilla; only the wording is clearer. If you were expecting the report to go only to the server admin, the revised text will make that distinction obvious.
If You Change Your Mind
Backing out of the report screen works exactly as before — the pack does not alter buttons or flows, only the text on them. Use the clearer labels to decide whether reporting is the right action, and remember that the pack itself never sends anything on your behalf.
