Prevent Negative Effects from Being Removed on Death

The Issue

When your character dies, certain negative status effects are cleared automatically. This can disrupt builds or playstyles where you want those effects to persist.

Using Magic Quartz Flower

The Magic Quartz Flower fix ensures your special stats and effects remain active even after death. This is particularly useful for:

• Maintaining celestial stat bonuses
• Keeping intentional debuffs active for challenge runs
• Preserving effect chains that depend on continuous uptime

How to Use It

1. Equip or have the Magic Quartz Flower in your inventory

2. Die normally — your character will respawn

3. Your special stats and effects will remain intact instead of resetting

Alternative: Non-Euclidean Cube

If you need immunity to negative effects instead, the Non-Euclidean Cube offers a new mechanic for blocking unwanted debuffs. This is different from the Quartz Flower and provides a separate approach to effect management.

Both features can be toggled independently in the config if you want to use only one.
