Using Huge Net Cable Connectors

For networks spanning very long distances, use Huge Net Cable Connectors instead of standard ones. These support thicker cables and reach much farther—up to thirty-eight blocks away by default compared to fifteen blocks for regular connectors.

Steps:

1. Place Huge Net Cable Connectors at both ends of your long-distance link

2. When placed on floors or ceilings, they automatically rotate to face you

3. Hold a Net Connector Cable and right-click the first connector, then the second

4. Route the visible cable along walls, poles, or ceilings as desired

Aesthetic Routing

The mod's main advantage is that cables are visible and don't require solid blocks. Use wooden poles, fence posts, or wall-mounted connectors to guide cables along your terrain naturally. This works well for networks spanning across biomes or between distant bases.
