Craft and Place Your Shield

The Bulwark of the Soulflame is a defensive structure crafted from Souled Ignitium materials and soul essence. Once crafted, you can place it on the ground like a block during combat.

Positioning for Defense

Place the Bulwark strategically between yourself and incoming attacks. The shield blocks projectiles and melee damage from the direction it faces. Position it at chokepoints, near your base, or in front of allies to create a protective barrier. You can place multiple Bulwarks to create layered defenses.

Durability and Maintenance

The shield has durability that decreases when it absorbs damage. Monitor its health and replace or repair it as needed. Soul-infused barriers are particularly effective against soul-based and magical attacks, making them ideal for boss fights and dangerous encounters. Combine shields with throwable tools to attack while protected.
