Build Your First Swing
Gather Your Materials
Collect blocks for your swing frame and seat. You can use any blocks you prefer—wood, stone, metal, or decorative blocks all work. The mod doesn't restrict your material choices, so build whatever matches your aesthetic.
Set Up the Frame
Create a sturdy overhead structure to hang your swing from. This could be a simple wooden beam, a stone arch, or a tree branch. The frame needs to be solid and positioned where you want your swing to hang.
Watch the Ponder Tutorial
Once you've built a basic structure, look for the in-game Ponder scenes. These interactive tutorials show you exactly how the moving parts connect and function. They demonstrate the proper positioning and configuration for a working swing.
Position Your Swing Components
Follow the Ponder guide to place the swing seat and attachment points. The mod will show you which blocks need to move and how they interact. Make sure everything is aligned correctly before testing.
Test Your Swing
Right-click on your completed swing to sit down. You should be able to swing back and forth smoothly. If something feels off, check the Ponder scenes again to verify your setup matches the tutorial.
