Carrying Machines Long Distance

Cardboard boxes are lightweight and stackable, making them ideal for transporting machines between your main base and outposts, or even across dimensions.

To transport machines:

1. Pack all the machines you need by sneaking and right-clicking them

2. Collect the cardboard boxes (they take minimal inventory space)

3. Travel to your destination—through the Nether, across the map, or to another dimension

4. Unpack each box by right-clicking the ground

All contents, settings, and fuel remain intact during transport.

Organizing Your Transport

• Label or organize boxes mentally before packing to avoid confusion at your destination
• Boxes don't require any special container—just carry them in your inventory
• You can drop boxes on the ground and pick them up later if needed

This eliminates the need to rebuild machines at outposts or worry about losing progress when relocating your main base.
