Moving Multiple Machines at Once

Cardboard boxes are perfect for base redesigns because they preserve machine state, stored items, and settings.

For a full relocation:

1. Sneak + right-click each machine, chest, or furnace you want to move

2. Collect all the cardboard boxes in your inventory

3. Walk to your new location

4. Right-click the ground to place each box

Every block returns exactly as it was—no need to reconfigure machines, reset filters, or restock chests.

Tips for Large Moves

• Pack blocks in a logical order so you remember what goes where
• Use multiple trips if you have many boxes (your inventory has limits)
• Boxes stack like normal items, so you can carry quite a few
• The boxes work with any mod machine, not just vanilla blocks

This approach saves hours compared to manually deconstructing and rebuilding setups, especially for complex redstone or multi-block machines.
