Finding Caracals
Caracals spawn naturally in savanna biomes, typically in small groups. Search open grassland areas during the day or night—they're not time-specific. Listen for their distinctive sounds to locate them more easily.
Taming Process
To tame a caracal, you'll need one of three food items:
- Raw fish
- Raw rabbit
- Raw chicken
Approach the caracal slowly and feed it by right-clicking with your chosen food item. You may need to feed it multiple times before it becomes tamed. Once successful, the caracal will gain a collar, indicating it now belongs to you.
After Taming
Your tamed caracal will follow you around and respond to your commands. They retain their adorable appearance and charming sounds. Consider renaming your caracal using a name tag to unlock special decorations and make them truly unique to your world.
