Land Safely and Use Paragliders for Emergency Descent

Landing on Runways

Locate a runway structure—these generate naturally across your world and contain loot chests. Approach the runway at a shallow angle, reduce throttle by releasing W, and pitch down gently to descend. Touch down smoothly and hold S to apply wheel brakes and stop your aircraft.

Emergency Paraglider Deployment

If you're forced to bail out mid-flight, equip a paraglider backpack from your inventory. Jump from your aircraft and the paraglider will deploy automatically, allowing you to glide down safely to the ground. The paraglider provides a controlled descent with directional control.

Gliding with Paragliders

While descending, use your mouse or arrow keys to steer your glide path. The paraglider slows your fall significantly, preventing fall damage. You can land on any solid surface—terrain, structures, or water.

Aircraft Recovery

If your plane is damaged or stranded, you can push empty aircraft across the ground by holding Shift + Right-Click at the tail. Move it to a safe location or runway for repairs.
