Rescue Pets Stuck in Unloaded Chunks

Understand the Problem

When you travel far from your pets and those chunks unload, your animals can become permanently lost—unless you use a Call Crystal. This mod automatically tracks pets in unloaded chunks and can bring them back.

Recover Your Pet

1. Keep your Call Crystal in your inventory as you explore

2. The crystal continuously monitors your bound pets' locations, even in unloaded chunks

3. When you want to retrieve a pet stuck far away, right-click the crystal on a block

4. The mod will teleport that pet to your location

Experience Cost

Summoning pets from unloaded chunks requires experience points. Nearby pets (in loaded chunks) summon for free. The exact cost depends on your mod configuration, but this trade-off ensures you never permanently lose a companion.

Prevention Tip

Regularly summon your pets to keep them in loaded chunks, or use a Deep Call Crystal for better range and faster teleportation.
