Create an Efficient Mining Robot

Assign the Miner Role

Give your robot cobblestone and a pickaxe to convert it into a miner. Place the Docking Station near your mining area—the robot will automatically mine blocks in a radius around the station and return ore to nearby storage.

Power and Performance Setup

Mining drains battery quickly, so equip your robot with Green disk upgrades to extend work time per charge cycle. Install Charged Steel Plating for armor protection without sacrificing speed—your miner will encounter hostile mobs underground.

Add a Black disk upgrade to reduce tool degradation, saving you from constant pickaxe replacements. If your mine goes deep, consider a Blue disk to expand the mining radius further from the station.

Sustainability

Set up a generator or solar panel system to keep batteries charged. For underwater mining operations, equip an Aqua Motor so your robot can work in flooded tunnels. Place multiple robots in different mine shafts for parallel mining and faster resource collection.
