Create a Biome-Themed Animal Farm

Organizing Your Farm by Biome

Design separate farm sections that match each animal variant's natural habitat. This creates an immersive display and keeps variants organized.

Start with terrain building. Create a snowy section for Frosty Chickens and Frigid Cows using snow blocks and ice. Build a dark forest area with dark wood and shade for Roofed Chickens and Soot Cows. Add a swamp section with mud and water for Marsh Chickens, Bog Pigs, and Mire Pigs. Construct a jungle area with tall vegetation for Tropical Chickens and Damp Cows.

Populating and Maintaining Sections

Capture variants from their native biomes and transport them to your themed farm sections. Use fences or walls to separate each biome area. Place multiple animals of the same variant together so they breed naturally. Add appropriate decorations—birch trees for Chalky Cows, cherry trees for Grove Pigs, badlands terrain for Dry Pigs and Cloaked Wolves. This setup makes your farm visually cohesive while preserving each variant's unique appearance and making it easy to locate specific animals.
