Drawing Circles and Cones with Build Guide Mod

Creating a Circle Hologram

Open the Build Guide GUI and choose Circle from the shape options. Enter the radius you need — the mod will generate a flat ring of ghost blocks at your anchor point. This is ideal for round towers, fountains, or the base of a dome. Use the offset controls to raise or lower the circle to the exact Y level where you want to build, then place blocks along the ghost outline.

Creating a Cone Hologram

Select Cone in the shape menu. You'll specify a base radius and a height. The hologram will show a tapering stack of rings, each smaller than the one below, ending in a point. This is perfect for spires, wizard towers, or tree canopies. Adjust the anchor so the cone's tip sits where you want the peak, then work from the base upward, filling each ring.

Combining Shapes for Complex Builds

You can project one shape, build it, clear it, then project another on top. For example, place a circle for a tower base, then a cone for its roof. Toggle hologram opacity so you can still see existing blocks underneath. If a shape looks wrong, delete it and re-enter the values rather than trying to nudge it block by block.
