Finding and Collecting Dragon Eggs

Locating Eggs

Dragon eggs can be found in the world through several methods. Some spawn naturally in specific structures or biomes associated with dragons. Explore areas where adult dragons congregate, as eggs are often laid nearby. You may also obtain eggs by breeding tamed dragons.

Collecting Eggs

When you find an egg, mine it carefully with any pickaxe to collect it. Eggs are fragile and may be lost if not handled properly. Place collected eggs in your inventory.

Hatching and Care

To hatch an egg, place it on the ground in a suitable environment. Eggs require specific conditions—warmth, light, or proximity to certain blocks depending on the dragon species. Some eggs hatch faster near lava or in warm biomes, while others prefer cooler locations.

Once hatched, the baby dragon will be passive and can be tamed immediately. Feed and care for your hatchling to raise it into a full-grown companion. Baby dragons grow over time and eventually reach adult size.
